Finding the Right Fit
We don’t want to waste your time or your talents by sending you on the wrong kind of assignment. So we use a proven process to ensure a perfect fit, both for the company and the employee, each time.
Interview: The interview is all about you. We believe that getting to know you will help us find you the right job. So we ask the questions that will help us learn what’s most important about you, your skills and your goals. You can tell us your job preferences: if you like to work on big teams, or if you prefer to work alone or in a small group. Do you like a more formal work environment, or are you more comfortable in a relaxed, easygoing atmosphere?
Evaluation: Based on your interview, we administer one or more assessment tests, designed to find your strengths and identify areas where you may need to sharpen your skills.
Reference Check: We will call your references and see what other information they can add about your work history, experience and skills.
Orientation: Prior to starting a temporary assignment, we will provide you with all the information you need to ensure a productive and positive experience. This will include the name and location of the company, the name and number of your contact person, the workplace dress code, and your responsibilities.
Match-Up: We take what we have learned about you and match your skills and experience to the needs of our customers.
