The process is initiated with a resume being emailed to info@hereshelp.com. Resume is reviewed and if any appropriate positions are available pertaining to resume work history, the candidate is contacted and scheduled for an interview with one of our recruiting team members.
When arriving for the interview, you will be asked to supply two forms of valid ID and complete our application. After the application is complete, you will interview with a recruiter to discussing your work experience and ideally what you are seeking in your next position; i.e., job title, commute, salary, environment, etc.
Once you have completed the interview, you will be asked to take some web-based skills tests to validate your experience in various skills and software applications. Professional references are also verified during this time.
Here’s Help Staffing encourages applicants to contact us periodically to keep us aware of your availability. This could be an email or biweekly phone call, so we keep you at the top of our available candidate list.
Not every job is going to meet the expectations you have. If you are not interested in a position, you are free to decline. We will continue to offer positions to you based on your skills and preferences.
We realize not every job is a good fit, sometimes you do not know that until you have tried the position. If you are on an assignment and find it is not going to work for you, we will ask that you contact us immediately. You may be asked to stay at an assignment long enough for us to find a replacement, but we will attempt to remedy the situation as quickly as possible. As with any interaction, communication is the key. We expect open communication from our field employees and they can expect the same from the Here’s Help Staffing office. If you have a concern or complaint to discuss, open communication is necessary, so we can attempt to resolve the problem.
Once all information is compiled from interview, skills testing and references, you will be offered positions relative to all the factors within the interview process.
